STEPS:
1/ - You will need an Icon Style Picture Image. For Google blogspot and Friends Connect users, you should use your 'Profile' image. Almost any .jpg image will work.
2/ - You need a place to store / host your image such as PhotoBucket, Picasa, etc.
3/ - Sign in or open your Blog, Website, or Web Page.
4/ - For Google Blogs open Layout, Add Gadgets, Select HTML/JavaScripts. For Websites and Web Pages this Personalized Widget/Gadget Button goes in the desired location between BODY and /BODY.
5/ - Copy and Paste the HTML Code into your Blog or Website.
6/ - Change the items in RED only.
